Customer Satisfaction
If you are not 100% satisfied with our products for any reason, please return your purchase for an exchange or credit. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Shipping Policy
LSC's policy is to process and ship products on the same day that the order is received, before 2:00 PM PST. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the following day. In the event that shipping is delayed, we will keep you informed. You may inquire about the status of your order by sending us an email at orders@lsc-inc.com.
Returns and Exchanges
• Shipping charges are refundable only in the cases of damaged or mis-shipped orders.
• All returns require a RMA number Returns will not be processed without one.
• An RMA must be requested within 14 days of the receipt of product. Thereafter, all sales are final.
• We will issue an RMA and arrange for the return label and pick up.
• Please note all returns conditions listed below, as applicable to your return.
• A restocking fee may apply for all returns except for mis-shipments and damaged products.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: Product(s) damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge. Save the package and all contents and follow the return instructions below.
INCORRECT SHIPMENTS: We apologize if we have sent you product(s) in error. We will gladly send you the correct order once we have received the mis-shipped product(s) back. Please follow the return instruction below.
NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: If you have opened non-defective merchandise that you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of the date of purchase. As long as less than ¼ of the bottle has been used, we will issue an RMA and will arrange the return shipment. Save the package and all contents and follow the return instructions below. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping and handling fees, but we will pay for these fees for the return shipment. Please allow 21 days for us to receive and process your refund.
Requesting An RMA
Return Instructions
Package the item(s) in the original shipping box or a suitable shipping carton. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Place the shipping label so that it is clearly visible on the box. We will arrange for the pickup.
Crediting Your Account
Credit will be issued within 10 business days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card number used for the original purchase. Shipping fees are refunded if the product was received damaged or was mis-shipped. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it to your actual account. When returning an item paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 10 business days from the time we receive your return.
